Thanks for reaching out! While we've worked hard to ensure that Quicken Simplifi's matching capabilities are top-notch, there may be times when Quicken Simplifi doesn't match correctly. If you find a transaction downloaded, but the matching Recurring Reminder still shows "Past," you'll need to match your transaction manually. We do have a great support article for managing recurring transactions that may help.
