Can not add Acorns account

It’s been 4+ months and I can not add my Acorns accounts. This is very disruptive. You want to raise prices but my accounts do not work. Why has this not been resolved yet.

Thanks for reaching out! I cannot see a connection attempt for Acorns from you on our side, unfortunately. Are you receiving a specific error? I do know that we have a known issue regarding Acorns at this time for an FDP-106 error. If that is the error you are receiving, you may follow the alert here:
