How do I stop notifications about issues setting up a "bill connect"? (edited)

I'm getting Notifications that there is a problem connecting a biller that I tried to set up for bill connect. Now, I do not want to set up this recurring transaction for bill connect. How do I stop getting this notification?

I believe you go to the recurring bill and click on the 3 dots and then choose "Disconnect Biller". I've done this a few times when this happens to me. You can do this in the Spending Plan or in the Recurring Bills section of Bills and Payments.

@SRC54: Thanks for your response. I had tried your suggestion before I posted my query. The issue I have is that when clicking on the 3 dots, “Disconnect Biller” is not listed as an option. I am guessing I am receiving an issue notification because Simplifi is acting as if a connection was, in fact, made and that there is now a problem. Thus, I would think that if a connection was not made I would not receive a notification of a problem.

That is strange. Assuming you've tried a different browser and cleared the cache, and it is still there, I would delete the recurring bill and start over with it.
Does it give you the option to reconnect the biller or connect the biller?

Glad it is fixed for you, and thanks for sharing with the group. So often I learn things about the app on here because people use it differently or they use the phone app more than I do. It is interesting to find workarounds too.
