Ability to schedule a call back time for the "Call me" option (edited)

The "Call me" feature currently misleads us by setting expectations (getting a call back in the next few minutes) that cannot be met, causing wasted time, and frustration.

Much more preferrable would be a call-back option where we could choose an available time to get a call (Comcast/Xfinity does this). That way we know when to expect a call and can move on with other things in the meantime.

    Why don't you just call to [removed - not Quicken Simplifi's phone number] when you have time to speak? I think is easier than scheduling a call 😴
