I requested this through the app about a year ago, multiple times and it has never been updated. I happened to stumble across this topic on the community page last week and was surprised to find so many requests being completed from here. It's strange that it's not being completed through the "ADD financial institution" feature. Anyway, we will see how long this takes to be completed. I really was about to cancel and uninstall the app because of this problem.
