Allsouth connection support

Simplifi not supporting allsouth.org. Cannot login. Is this a known issue?

    Does Simplifi support Allsouth? Cannot get it to accept connection.

    Hello @tdog143,

    To assist with this issue, I checked on our end and can see a FDP-105 error. Is that the error you're seeing on your end when you attempt to connect? If not, then please let me know the exact error message/code you are seeing on your end. Is this happening with an account you're trying to add to Quicken Simplifi for the first time, or was the account previously connected? When did this issue first start?

    Since FDP-105 errors are often caused by temporary issues, the recommended troubleshooting is to wait 48 hours and try again. If the issue still persists after 48 hours, please let us know so we can further investigate the issue.
