UFCU (Texas) Connection - FDP-101 error (edited)

University Federal Credit Union integration has not been working for over a year. I was able to reconnect and input the MFA code, but I receive an error:

We are unable to connect to UFCU at this time.

Care Code: FDP-101

I even changed updates to monthly to avoid hitting the MFA too many times. There was an alert about this

but cannot access the page to check its status. Even when logged in it says I do not have permissions. And I don't see it in the current online banking issues section.

Can you confirm if connecting to UFCU works?

    @twmcelroy, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

    The topic you referenced for the previous known issue with UFCU was resolved, and the Alert was archived, which is why you cannot see it. With that, I don't see any current known issues for UFCU, so you should be able to connect. To clarify, have you ever had this account connected in Quicken Simplifi? If so, is it now in the 'Manual Accounts' section under Settings > Accounts, or do you see the bank listed under Settings > Accounts with a connection error?
