Add CollegeInvest 529 Aggregator URL

Hi,

Today when adding a CollegeInvest account, the only option is a Non-Aggregator URL (see screenshot attached). However, CollegeInvest provides aggregator URL and credentials meant for systems like Quicken Simplifi to use. Adding this option will avoid triggering 2FA every single time someone logs into Simplifi with a CollegeInvest account.
