NEW 12/31/24: California Coast Credit Union returns FDP-101/185

We are currently seeing an issue with California Coast Credit Union returning an FDP-101/185 error in Quicken Simplifi after selecting OTP (One-Time Passcode) options during account sync or setup. The issue appears to be related to a recent update supporting a new OTP flow/layout, which is causing failures in account synchronization or retrieving account summaries. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
