Zillow address not found

I have a home in College Park, MD which isn't showing up with the Zillow integration. It's a home which is 25 years old so not new construction. Here is the link to the home on Zillow's site: [removed address - privacy]

I am trying the Link To Zillow under the Real Estate section under my accounts.

    I am also unable to find your address in Quicken Simplifi. I went ahead and got you added to the existing ticket for this issue, and will post back with updates.

    I just tried this same integration (Zillow Zestimate) on a competitor's app, [removed], and I was able to add all 3 of my properties with no problems. I'm beginning to investigate alternative solutions as I've had multiple accounts not work here on Quicken Simplifi and my account is up for renewal in March for an increased price. I'm not willing to entertain staying w/ Quicken w/ this level of unstable integrations with big and small providers. Below is the current list of providers which aren't functioning consistently:

    Bank Of America

    American Express

    Valon Mortgage

    TSP (SMS challenge every time)

    Midwest Mortgage

    Zillow Zestimate

  • Hi I live in the same area and our house is not listed. How can we get it added? It shows on zillow

    If you can let us know what the address is by directly messaging us the full address, we can verify if it shows up on our side.

    Be persistent and try several times. My home was the same way and eventually I realized that it was because my home was not in the same format as everyone else’s. I think it was that mine was all capitalized and didn’t include any commas…something like that. While my address didn’t change, I eventually found it by not being so formal in the way I typed it in.

    It was something like this…

    • I couldn't find: 111 West. Main Street, City, State ZIP
    • I could find: 111 W MAIN STREET CITY STATE ZIP

    Don't tell the USPS.

    I love that the admins removed the competitor reference where the same Zillow integration worked for me. Censorship much. Anywho, beyond the fact that no matter the format variants (capitalized, abbreviation/full, etc.) and 2 months time, the experience is the same. Not to mention, the other issues I've had w/ Bank of America, Amex and Capital One. I'm switching tools as the other app has been rock solid over that time. My advice, shop around as the price increase isn't worth the shaky connections.

  • Hi, unable to find our house as well, 26 May Rd, Millis, MA 02054. I see it on Zillow but not on the quicken integration.

    If you'd like to DM us your address, we can check from our end, and then get you added to the ticket if we are also unable to locate your address via Zillow in Quicken Simplifi. However, I will say that this issue is likely occurring on Zillow's end, and it's possible that we won't be able to fix it. We have an Alert that users can follow for updates in the meantime, though:
