Ability to turn off 'create category' automation with each line item edit

I have a lot of Amazon transactions coming in with a rule to assign them to an "Amazon Misc.' default category. I then go in later to assign the actual categories, but every time I edit a line item the 'Create Rule' dialog comes up automatically, forcing me to cancel the rule creation. This can be annoying when updating multiple transactions during the session. I personally would like to see this work just the opposite, allowing me to initiate the rule creation, vs. it being forced with all edits.

You're not the first one to ask about this - it's definitely possible but hard to find if you don't know what you're looking for.
When typing for the category you are looking for, before clicking on it, uncheck the checkbox to create a new rule. Then it should be unchecked going forward (until the next time you use it).
