Simplifi will not load - just hangs on screen that says "Quicken Simplifi"

Simplifi used to load fine, and then I tried to sign up for these discussion boards and now it will no longer load in Safari. Just hangs on a screen that says "Quicken Simplifi". Will load on Chrome, but prefer to use Safari.
Have tried clearing website data in the Safari preferences for anything Quicken related.
MacOS 10.15.7
Safari 15.6.1

Do you have some kind of VPN, such as I know with Apple iCloud you get a private web experience that only works with Safari? Know that unless things recently changed, VPN's have never been supported with this app.

I am not using a VPN.

Since you already tried clearing cache and cookies in Safari (presumably, you tried them in private mode, too), I would say to reinstall Safari— since it's working in Chrome. I'm a mac user, and am aware that this might mean reinstalling Mac OS (resetting your mac). I can confirm it works fine in Safari for me. Here's a screenshot:
Again, just to be clear, make sure the iCloud Private Relay is turned off, which is basically a vpn just for safari:

Private relay is not on.
I'm not trying to suggest something more widespread is going on. I'm sure it's just something on my end, but as mentioned I didn't have a problem until I tried to sign up for these communities. Re-installing MacOS is way too much of a pain and I would rather just keep using a different browser than deal with all the other issues of re-installing. I would just think that someone from Simplifi is reading this and may be able to provide some insight as to what might be happening and if there is anything I can do further.

Sounds like some mismatch in username/password between the app site and this community site.
Try logging into Quicken Simplifi form the Quicken website www.quicken.com
Hoover over "Sign in" and select "Quicken Simplifi" and that should take you to a fresh login page for QS.
If that doesn't work maybe go into your wherever you browser stores your username and password data and check to make sure your credentials are correct.
Failing that try resetting your password?

Did you ever get it to work? I had a similar thing happen several times in the past because the Safari app I had created wasn't updating correctly. I would go to another browser, delete the app and update Safari. Now I use a Chromium app and it hasn't been a problem for me since. Knock on wood.

I use safari and have not experienced the issue you are having.
Just in case you are not aware, you can add developed mode to your Safari browser for a quick and easy way to clear the cache. Sometimes data in there gets confused and will mess up log in attempts in websites.
