The Blank Screen Dilemma

I simply logged out of my quicken account while I was in Quicken and now I cant get Quicken to load. I have tried everything including patches, deleting of quicken, reloading of quicken, tried making a new blank file, tried validation, super validation. I have read all the articles and I have tried, tried, tried. Nothing. I am very literate when it comes to computers, so I know my way around but this has me stumped that I cant get quicken to load up. I simply get the white screen with File and Help only on the top left, but they are worthless drop downs. What to do?

@casadeblakester are you talking about Quicken Classic Premier desktop or Quicken Simplifi?

Hello @casadeblakester,
I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering this issue. However, based on your description of the troubleshooting you've already done, it sounds like you're encountering an issue with Quicken Classic for Windows, rather than Quicken Simplifi. For assistance with Quicken Classic, please go to the Quicken Classic Community (you can find it at this link), or contact Quicken Classic Support directly (you can find their contact issue at this link).
Thank you!
