Unable to link to Stifel

Hi, I am a new Simplifi user and have been unable to add my Stifel investment account since I started using Simplifi a couple of weeks ago. I get the same message every time, below. Is this the correct URL?

I noticed there were other users have issues with Quicken showing already linked Stifel account balances correctly, so it may be related. tia.

Hello @HER,

Thanks for reaching out! I am not seeing any errors that you are receiving from our side for this bank. I would try using a different instance available in Quicken Simplifi to see if that works for you.

We do have a known issue available to follow for status updates on the Stifel Wealth Tracker balance issue you mentioned as well:
