NEW 1/8/25: Unable to edit Recurring Series on the Web App

We are currently seeing an issue where users are unable to edit Recurring Series on the Quicken Simplifi Web App. When attempting to do so, a "Sorry, but we were unable to make your changes" error occurs. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.

If you're experiencing this issue in Quicken Simplifi, you can use the Mobile App as a workaround for now.
