Quicken in Chase Offers

Now that Chase and Quicken seem to be playing nice together (I updated my accounts at 6:30 am today, and an overnight checking transaction came in, and the balances were correct. It was beautiful compared to what I was used to). Now, I couldn't help but notice this new Chase Offer today:

I thought I'd share it in case other Chase customers are interested in taking advantage (presuming your subscription is due soon).
