This is what I'm getting:
Note the "Error Occurred" note by "Create Goal" …. I cannot get past this screen.

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this problem. I tried to replicate it, mirroring the savings goal type and settings as closely as possible (based on the information in your screenshot), but did not get that error. Are you seeing this only in the Web app, or is it also happening in the Mobile app?
If you haven't already done so, please try logging out of Quicken Simplifi, then logging back in.
