Is Simplifi using the wrong URL for Primis Digital Banking?

Primis Bank use to work in Simplifi. Primis changed their sign-in procedure a few months ago. We had to start using a new user id and password. The URL listed in Simplifi for Primis Digital Banking is: digital.primisbank.com.
The URL that works in a browser is: digitalbanking.primisbank.com/sign-in. Could this be the reason Primis no longer works in Simplifi?

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, it looks like you're receiving an FDP-102 error with Primis Bank - Digital Banking, which is a known issue:
You can follow the Community Alert I just linked for updates. I'm not sure if the URL is the problem, but it certainly could be. Regardless, they are aware of and working on the connection issue.

Since the issue is already being worked on, our service provider will identify the root cause and work with the bank toward a solution. There is no need to further escalate cases or pass on information.

The problem was identified November 12th. Is it typical for something like this to take more than 2 months to resolve? Can we get some kind of an update? My net worth calcs are way out of date and would love to get this fixed.

I just added my Primis account again and it connected correctly.
I used the Primis Bank - Digital Banking option in the list.
