Fidelity connection error

After prompting the FIdelity log in page, below auth error prompted.

No further "select all your accounts" option at all.

User Error: Authorization Denied, Connecting with partnerUid: fidelity_akoya_prod for intuitProperty

Please help double check the auth error, I am pretty sure I use correct Fidelity username/password. Thanks so much!

    @Jayjay, thanks for reaching out to the Community regarding this issue!

    Since Fidelity is one of our OAuth API banks, please give the connection a try from a different browser or in incognito/private mode in case something in your primary browser is affecting the authorization flow. We also have a different Fidelity option that uses Finicity instead of Intuit for aggregation that you can try:

    If the issue persists after trying these steps, please let us know if this is your first time attempting to add Fidelity in Quicken Simplifi, or if the error is occurring on an existing account.

    Hi Natalie and fellow users,

    The solution Natalie provided works, but you need to change your primary browser to incognito mode first, log in to your simplify account.
