Zillow Account is not Updating

Just noticed that Zillow now tells me it cannot connect to my account. It also says it hasn't been updated in some 129 days. I have updated it myself in last few weeks but it always returned no change in value, about which I was suspicious.
So I went to the web site and signed in and it now shows no value for my house. It said I had missing information, which I didn't. I updated the information anyhow.
Here's what it says on website:
Even neighborhood prices are gone. Strange.

Thank you for reaching out! This is certainly strange if this randomly happened. If that is what is showing on Zillow's side, then it is probably something on their end causing this issue. If you can provide the full address, I can check this on our side. Feel free to DM the information.
