Toronto Stock Exchange Symbols Not Working

It seems the suffix for all the symbols for investments on the (Canadian) Toronto Stock Exchange have changed from .TO to .CA and Simplifi is no longer updating them. If you open one (or any) of them in Simplifi you get the error message: Invalid Symbol, Please Try Again (displayed in red text). If you attempt to add as new, the .CA symbols are not listed as an option.
Can this problem be rectified, please?

Here is a screenshot. It’s happening with all investments that have the suffix .TO. For example ZWB.TO and the one below ZWC.TO, as well as all others on the Toronto Exchange.

Thanks for letting us know! To clarify, can you let us know whether this account is manual or connected within Quicken Simplifi? If it is connected, I would try using a fresh connection to see if this resolves the issue. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!

The account is manual. My holdings were added by searching for and adding the stock ticker symbols.

Thank you for the clarification. If you can provide the following information, this would be helpful in determining a solution going forward.
- The name of the account, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- The balance for the account in the Accounts List in Quicken Simplifi (this is the list of all accounts and balances on the left side of the Dashboard on the Quicken Simplifi Web App, or the list of all of your accounts when you select "Accounts" from the Quicken Simplifi Mobile App).
- The balance for the account in the Investments Portfolio in Quicken Simplifi (if you have multiple investment accounts, you'll want to filter the page to just this account).
- The balance for the account as displayed on the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the holdings for the account in Quicken Simplifi (if you have multiple investment accounts, you'll want to filter the page to just this account).
- A screenshot of the holdings on the bank's website for a comparison.
We will also need logs to be sent to us. Here are instructions on how to do this below:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
