Schools First FCU FDP-103 error

I have been unable to connect to Schools First for 3 months now. I have called, done screen share , chatted, deleted the account, tried to add it manually all to no avail. My subscription is up for renewal, and I will probably not renew it as I have not gotten any help from anyone there to help me resolve this. What can I do? You seem to have some cached or persisted keys that need to be deleted so I can create a new one. Others have cleared this up, but I am at a loss.
