How to get Simplifi to download transactions from when my account was not linked (edited)

one of my linked cards lost it's link and needed to be reauthorized, which i did. But afterwards, Simplifi did not download the cc transactions from the period when the link was lost. How do i get simplifi to download these so i don't have to do it manually? thanks.

To help resolve this issue, please provide more information. Which financial institution did this happen with? What is the timeframe that the link was lost? During that timeframe, were there any error messages/codes?

Before today, the last time i logged into Simplifi was in late November. When i logged in today i had a message saying that i needed to reauthorize my capital one credit card. So the link was lost some point between late November and today. I successfully reauthorized the card but not all the transactions were transfered into Simplifi. I read the troubleshooting link but none of the cases are relevant.

The financial institution decides how much history to provide, so it's possible that the missing transactions are further back than the financial institution chose to send. What is the timeframe of the missing transactions? Was this a one-time occurrence, or are some newer transactions missing also?

If this is a one time occurrence, then depending on how many transactions are missing, the simplest way to correct it is to either input the missing transactions manually, or if its a lot of transactions, manually import them using a .CSV file. I have transactions from Capital One going back years. The missing transactions are for the exact dates that Simplifi lost it's connection to Capital One. When i re-established the connection it should have imported the transactions for the period in question. too many to do manually and no reason why the system shouldn't be able to do it. i will contact their tech support. thanks.
