Neuberger Berman BD LLC persistent connection error (FDP-103)

Hello,
I’ve been unable to connect to my Neuberger Berman BD LLC account for the last three weeks. I believe they made a major update to their system at the end of 2024, which may be the reason for the broken connection.

To assist with this issue, let's start with the troubleshooting steps for the FDP-103 error:
- When connecting in Quicken Simplifi, please enable the “Show Password” option to confirm no typographical errors.
- If you use a password manager, try manually typing the password instead, just in case the one saved is outdated.
- Please verify that you can login to the financial institution's website; if you've had too many incorrect attempts, that can sometimes result in the account being locked on the financial institution's side.
You mentioned there was a recent change to the financial institution's systems. Did the URL (web address) you use when logging into your account(s) directly through the financial institution's website change?
