SoFi personal loan not showing

I have a sofi checking, savings, and personal loan with Sofi. When I add the Sofi acct in Simplifi it pulls up both my checking and savings, but never shows my personal loan. Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for the trouble you have had with SoFi in Quicken Simplifi. I do know that we have a current known issue with SoFi not presenting some accounts. I would suggest following this alert for updates as we work to resolve this issue:
