Blank page when loading Quicken Simplifi

    Not just you.. simplifi.quicken.com/ just leads to a white blank page for me, I can't even attempt to log in. Windows + latest Firefox.

    Hello @falcon25,

    Thanks for reaching out! This seems like a different issue than what is being described here. Could you supply a screenshot showing the issue? Additionally, does using another browser/incognito mode work?

    I'm having a similar issue. I'm using Windows 11 Home version, and I've tried logging in to Simplifi using Firefox, Edge, Opera, and Chrome, and in all of them I get the login screen, enter my login information, password, and 2 factor authentication, then I just get a blank white screen. When I use a different computer and login on Firefox with Windows 10, I have no issues, so I'm guessing it's a Windows and browser compatibility issue.

    Hello @TMS,

    If it is working on another computer, then this issue may be specific to your computer. Are you using a VPN or anything that may be blocking access somehow?

    No VPN, and I've disabled ad blockers and other tracker prevention extensions. It may be the new computer and the new version of Windows, but what does that mean in terms of actually fixing the problem?

    Thanks for the reply. If the problem is specific to your computer, I am not sure what we would be able to do on our side to fix this issue. I know you stated you tried different browsers. Did you try opening the webpage up in an incognito tab within your web browser? Are you able to log in on the mobile application? Let us know!

    Something apparently happened over the weekend that fixed whatever it was, because it's working today.
