Connection to Jackson National Life disconnected

I'm not able to update my Jackson National Life IRA account. I get the "Care code: FDP-102" error. This does not seem to have been reported to you yet. The accoujt has been unreachable for months. Thanks for your help.

I should have noted that I do not get the option to reset the connection.
