Trying to get access to my student loans. Another thread mentioned using the "Oklahoma Student Loan Authority" link. But getting that error. Help please.

To make sure you're using the correct connection option in Quicken Simplifi, please confirm the exact URL (web address) that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution's website.
In Quicken Simplifi's Add Account screen, make sure to enable the “Show Password” option to confirm there are no typographical errors.
- If you’re using a password manager, please manually type it in instead, in case the one saved is outdated.
Confirm that you can sign into the financial institution's website using the exact same credentials. This verifies that you are using the correct credentials and verifies that the account isn't locked due to too many incorrect login attempts.
