Realty Mogul 3001 Error Following Site Update

I have investments with Realty Mogul
and the site was supported at the end of 2024. They made a platform update in early 2025, and linking has not worked since. I sometimes see a 304 code, but most commonly see Care Code 3001.Comments

Thank you for coming to the Community to let us know about this issue! To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide the URL (web address) that you use when logging into the account directly through the financial institution website. Please also post a screenshot of the error message/code that you are seeing when you attempt to add/update your accounts with Realty Mogul.
Additionally, please send logs. You can do that by following these steps:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

Since it sounds like the issue is occurring on an existing account in Quicken Simplifi, let's have you try establishing a completely fresh connection with the bank:
- Make all of the accounts with this bank manual by following the steps here.
- Once you see the account(s) listed in the Manual Accounts section under Settings > Accounts, go back through the Add Account flow to reconnect to the bank.
- If the connection is successful, carefully link the account(s) found to your existing Quicken Simplifi account(s) by following the steps here.

I think this may be a known issue with our service provider already, but I went ahead and filed an escalation to find out for sure. I will post back with updates!
