Wording: “Last updated now ago” on the mobile app (edited)

The last updated text isn’t quite right in this screenshot, probably shouldn't append ‘ago’ when using ‘now’:

    @RobWilk, thanks for letting us know!

    To clarify, are you seeing this issue on the Web App as well, or just the Mobile App? If the latter, please sign out and back into the Mobile App. If the issue persists, please next try an uninstall/reinstall, as well as clearing the app data.

    Let us know how it goes!

    i don’t think clearing app data is a thing on iOS, uninstall/reinstall accomplishes same

    @RobWilk, thanks for the reply!

    Does the issue occur with other accounts/banks besides Apple Wallet? On the Web App, I see "Last Updated now" for my regular accounts (I don't have Apple Wallet), which makes me think the "ago" part for this particular timestamp is the bug on mobile. I can't check on my Android now because it's already changed to "3 minutes ago".

    @Coach Natalie In general, for non-apple-wallet account, it only updates every 4-6 hours, and usually I sit and wait more than a minute or so for the account update to complete, so I "may" miss when those accounts "would" say now. Apple Wallet accounts are different because they can be refreshed on-demand without waiting 4-6 hours, so that's probably why I'm seeing it here.

    @RobWilk, can you try checking a different account if you get the chance? This would be best done perhaps after not opening the app for some time so you can ensure the launch will prompt a refresh with your banks. Otherwise, I will try to catch it myself. Since this is a new feature, it would be nice to let them know about any issues. 🙂

    I can confirm that on the mobile app I can see the same thing. In the web browser it states "last updated now".

    Thanks, everyone!

    It looks like this issue has already been reported and is awaiting a fix. The expected fix version is 5.24.0 on the Mobile App. Please be sure to let us know if this occurs after that version has been released!
