CareCredit: Balance Updating but Transaction Didn't Download

I was able to fix this by manually clearing the payment…
But the balance here should be $450 after the payment, but it was showing $400. So, it had an updated bank balance ($450) factoring in a payment which it was applying the non-bank-matched non-downloaded $50 payment on top of to get $400. I know how to manually fix this, but it's odd that the transaction didn't download, match, and clear.

When you experience a connectivity issue such as balances becoming stale or transactions not downloading/clearing as expected, it's usually best to try resetting the connection for the bank:

did that, it still did not match the payment transaction to a bank transaction. Not a huge problem, I hope to not use the account much.

@RobWilk, I've noticed that my CareCredit (through Synchrony) stops updating sometimes. I don't use mine much either.
