QBP: Ability to Delete or Archive Businesses (edited)

Threw in my vote. I don't have access to QBP right now, but I see this as an important feature. Also, if you archive it you should be able to un-archive it. Kind of the way you should be able to hide and unhide accounts.

I strongly prefer both archive and delete.
Archive seems like a requirement.
Delete often is needed, unless we are given access to a sandbox environment where we can get our answers to unanswered questions and confirm the correctness of answered questions instead of testing it in our production environment.
Somewhat related, I tested client / project feature and now I'm stuck with my Test Client forever. Fine for free product, but for a product that cost $100+ / year I would expect this to be addressed promptly.
Thanks for considering.

Thank you @mattbroffman @RobWilk and @msw for the feedback. This is high on our list of things to add this year.

It is currently not possible to delete Businesses. Over the lifetime of use of the product, people may have multiple businesses and over time, associating a transaction with a business will get very clunky. It should be possible to:
- Delete a business (in which case the user should either be able to assign those transactions to another business or switch them to Uncategorize).
- Archive a business (in which case the transactions remain associated with that business, but the business no longer appears in the dropdown when categorizing a transaction).

Exactly right. Documentation (particularly for newer features) is often thin. There is no manual… just short articles and some discussion threads (that are sometimes inconclusive).
Like @msw, I am finding that the best way to find out how some things really work is to make some test cases and see what happens.
That's fine when you can delete all test articles afterward. But when you belatedly find out that Spaces, Businesses, Clients, and maybe other things can't be deleted it can create a mess.
