Nordstrom Credit Card

Is there any light at the end of the tunnel for those of us with a Nordstrom credit card? Apparently, Simplifi lost the ability to pull in data from it at the end of last year. I'm not seeing any progress on resolving the issue, only that it's still being "investigated." Did Nordstrom decide to stop sharing its data?

  • Thanks, John. I've been following that alert, but I have to admit to becoming a little impatient. Isn't there a simple answer here? Did they stop sharing data? If so, how likely is it that they will go back to sharing and what's the timeline? And what do those error codes mean? Thanks for your help.

    I can understand your frustration. We wouldn't know here in the community as far as why the issue is occurring, and we do not have an ETA at this time.     Error code 530 generally indicates that there was an unexpected error when connecting to our service provider. While error code 106 typically indicates that either the account name or account number has changed at the bank.

    Sharing @Albany_Park00 's frustration. This is really starting to get annoying.

    Tool isn't very useful if you can't get your data, from something you used to consistently get your data from.

  • Why does this just continue to linger? Can't someone at Simplifi pick up the phone, call your contact at the Nordstrom CC, and find out what's going on? Or are we just left to assume that they stopped sharing their data with no plans to resume?

  • Quicken said it began investigating this four months ago. It would be nice to hear something specific about where things stand.

    Same here! Mine says disconnected for 126 days.
