Customize categories?
Is there a way to customize categories? I know you can add tags to transactions, but I want to be able to set up categories to make tax season super streamlined. As of now, there are some categories that aren't listed that I want to use. There are many that are listed that I'll almost never use.

Go into the settings section and then select "categories". This will allow you to edit categories as well as categorize them by the correct tax line item.

@neencollc We will be adding the ability to delete most unused business categories in the next month. There will still be some required so those still won't be deletable, but most will going forward. Thank you for your feedback.

@TiggerTrainer I'm not seeing a way to delete Business categories, just Personal ones. How do I delete/archive existing business categories?

Thanks for reaching out! There are some hard-coded categories within Quicken Simplifi that users will not be able to remove.

One thing I found useful in Categories as a Simplifi personal edition user when upgrading to Business & Personal was to go to the category in the personal edition and edit it reassign it to a category or sub-category under the business categories section.l Boom! everything is now in its place!

@swtex.15 Soon! I know that's not a specific answer but we ran into a few issues that need to be resolved before we can launch this update.
