Simplifi Does Not Pull [HELOC Account] From PenFed

I have 4 PenFed Accounts(Checking, Savings, Auto Loan and HELOC), but Simplifi does not pull the HELOC account.

Below is what I have from PenFed:

And Below if what Simplifi can pull out:

Is there any way to link the HELOC account(Real Estate, Equity Line of Credit)?

Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out! Are you rerouted to a different website or URL when you select the missing account's details on your bank's website? If so, you may need to use another instance available in Quicken Simplifi. We do have multiple instances available in Quicken Simplifi for Pentagon Federal Credit Union.

Per my previous reply, are you rerouted to a different website or URL when you select the missing account's details on your bank's website? Additionally, what may be occurring is that the account is not set up for third-party sharing. Is there a setting on your bank website that allows you to enable third-party sharing for this account?

I didn't understand your first reply. Please accept my apologies.

Yes, it seems it redirects me to another page when I click the account.

Original web address: home.penfed.org
New web address for the HELOC account: myhomeloan.penfed.org

The main domain address is same but the sub domain address is different. Does Simplifi provide a connection for myhomeloan.penfed.org? Actually, I cannot find it.

There is no third-party sharing option, I believe. I may miss the option but I did not see any when I tried to find it.

Unfortunately, it looks like these types of accounts are not supported under Pentagon Federal Credit Union, as the provider servicing these accounts has blocked aggregation. We have added it to our community alert and you can follow it here for updates:
