Received the message in the subject once.

Trying it again, it seemed to go away, so it was a one-time thing.

Still, I felt I should at least document this here in case anyone else has experienced it. I searched the forum for code 2505 and could find no other mention of it.

Thank you for letting us know you encountered this error. Care Code 2505 indicates that when you tried to update your account(s) with Chase, there was a server error. Server errors are usually caused by temporary issues, such as maintenance or updates.
