I am so sad. I came onto this community page to get solutions to my issue, only to find out that it has been a known issue since Sept 2024. My subscription to Simplifi is up in early March 2025 and with the balance issue still not resolved 5 months later, I'll probably need to find a different product. That's why I'm sad. I've liked using Simplifi and I put so much time into setting it up just right. I'm not looking forward to having to start over. But I can't justify spending $70 on a product with issues that aren't being fixed. Any words of wisdom for me?
I think I figured out a workaround. I added a balance adjustment for each manual account. I'll need to see if it continues to skew the balances though. Still looking for tips & tricks.
