Aramark/random transactions not appearing

Does anyone have issue with certain vendors' transactions not carrying over to simpifi? I've noticed this in particular with Aramark, which operates the cafeteria at my work. Whether I pay with a capital one card or amex, it shows up in my account statements but doesn't show up in simplifi. I'm guessing it's something about the vendor name that leads the transaction to be dropped.

Thank you for reaching out the Community to let us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Has it always behaved this way, or was it previously able to download these transactions? Are these transactions similar enough to other transactions in your accounts that they may be getting incorrectly matched? How does the Payee appear on your statements? Your description indicates this in an ongoing issue rather than a one-time event. Is that correct?
