    Hello @RobWilk,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. I wasn't able to replicate the issue on my iPhone.

If you haven't already done so, please try logging out of the app, then logging back in again.

What kind of device is this happening on (Android, Apple, smartphone, tablet)? Which version of the app are you using?

I look forward to your reply!

On my iPhone this is happening ("Apple" and "Smartphone" to answer your questiosns). Specifically on my chase account. IF it matters, this is a recurring reminder which had it's specific reminder amount edited. 5.22.0 v39397

    Thank you for your reply,

I tried editing a reminder for a connected account, and wasn't able to get the result you described.

Try updating the mobile app (if possible). I'm running version 5.23.0 (39630).

Please let me know how it goes!

I'm now on the same version, but the issue is the same. It's something i can live with, it just seems wrong that a $0 projected credit card balance would be red/negative.

    Thank you for your reply,

It seems wrong to me also, especially since it doesn't act that way when I test it. I generally have my recurring credit card payment reminders set for $1, then edit once I know the actual amount.

If you want to continue troubleshooting this issue, the next step is uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you haven't restarted your mobile device recently, a restart may also correct the issue.

    Thank you!

This may have been a scheduled recurring "one time" reminder if that makes a difference, with the same goal as what you described doing.

    Uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing.

I bet your shift is done and weekday crew may handle.

I've probably got nothing to hide, here is the full screenshot post uninstall/reinstall:

Feb 19 "Chase pay off" is the line in question.

    Hello @RobWilk,

Thanks for the screenshots. I was also unable to replicate this issue in my mobile application. This may be a small visual bug. If you check now, is it still showing this behavior? If you edit it to another amount and then edit it to change it back again, does the same behavior persist?

Well, today the payoff amount changed because I had some expenses today. When I edited it to reflect the new amount, it was showing $0.00 without the negative and the red - as i would expect. At the moment, it's right.

    Hello @RobWilk,

I am glad the issue corrected itself. As I stated, it was probably a temporary visual bug. Let us know if you end up seeing this again!
