PayPal Credit Transactions Why Everything showing as income

I’m not sure why but it seems as though every transaction is coming up thru PayPal as Personal Income. For example, I purchased a new Dryer from Best Buy for $910.50 using my PayPal Credit Card. I would expect to only see a charge for the dryer— ie: an increase to the balance of the credit card and an offsetting post to an expense (Home Improvements lets say). But why do I get the Personal Income Deposit for the same amount from my PayPal account? Unless PayPal was funded by my PayPal credit card— but then that I imagine would look like: Deposit to PayPal account for dryer, Income offset. Then the BestBuy transaction would have to post as well— so if I just make that entry go to BestBuy Home Improvement it would wash the charge and show up on spending report as if I didn’t spend about $1K — so that doesn’t make sense. I’m not fully getting what the fix would be here for all these PayPal transactions— and it’s for everything and I make most purchases thru PayPal so it’s enraging at this point.
Here is an example in Screenshots of a purchase of shirts from Dixxon for $169.88 — how do I get it to stop treating every PayPal purchase like this?

Hello @KJJ,
Thanks for reaching out! To clarify based on the screenshot you sent, are you stating that whenever you receive a transaction for a purchase you made using your Paypal credit card, Quicken Simplfi also creates a transaction for a credit to the account in the same amount?
If so, I would try resetting your account connection to verify if this works to resolve this issue going forward.
Let us know how that goes!
