I've verified that my credentials are correct at EverBank. However, I can't log in successfully via Simplifi.

Account needs attention

To connect to EverBank Consumer, you must re-enter your credentials. If that does not work, try entering them on the website at EverBank Consumer to ensure they are correct.

    Same here. My everbank connection was woriking fine, today it's dead with an FDP-103. I can still log myself into my everbank account just fine.

    Thanks for reaching out! Typically, you will receive error code: 103 when an invalid username and password for the bank you are trying to connect with have been entered. Please follow these steps so we can verify what happening here:

    • Verify the bank selected is the correct instance.
      • You may see several different instances of your bank that you can add in the Add Account screen. Check to see if you’re using the correct one.
    • Verify that your login information is correct.
      • Type your password/PIN into a text application to ensure you don’t have any typographical errors. Then, copy and paste your login information into Quicken Simplifi to ensure accuracy.
    • Verify your login at the bank’s website – Try to sign in to your bank’s website using the same login credentials to ensure you've not locked yourself out of the account and that the credentials are still valid.
    • Check for an app-specific password – Some banks require users to use a specific app password when connecting to a third party. Check with your bank to see if you need to use an app-specific password.
    • Update your credentials – Try temporarily updating your password at your bank's website and then try again to connect to Quicken Simplifi. We recommend NOT using the following special characters: & < > / \.

    as stated in my comment, I have verified my login. I have looked through the account options at everbank and cannot find any specific settings or passwords for third party apps. Again, everything was working fine last week. My current passwords happens not to have any special characters.

    The only other solution simplifi is offering is for me to reset my bank password and hope that fixes something on simplifi's end?

    Hello @Mook Mook,

    I understand your frustration. You may be able to log in fine at the bank's website, but still be unable to log in within Quicken Simplifi. This is because we connect with a different method than how you sign in to your bank's website. I would still suggest updating your credentials so we can narrow down what the issue here is and come up with a valid resolution.

    OK I reset my everbank password. Same FDP-103 error still persists at Simplfi.

    Can this be elevated to a bug report or something?

  • I reset my password, too, but I still get the 103 error. I put a ticket in with Everbank. The rep said that he had not received any Everbank memo concerning issues with Simplifi. I had noticed that for the last week or so that my Everbank login for Simplifi was requiring I verify with a code sent to my cellphone.

  • Hello Quicken Simplifi Folks,

    I am experiencing the same FDP-103 error as the others and I have updated and verified my credentials as instructed. This has been a problem for me since 2/1/2025 (it is now 2/11/2025). I would like an estimate how much longer it will take to fix. Quicken Simplifi is not useful to a subscribing customer if it cannot maintain a reliable connection to a bank.     I also have the same issue with Everbank for the past several weeks. I reconnected my accounts this morning and it seems to work
