WebOS will not load using Safari with iPadOS

I am using the latest version of Safari with iPadOS. When I access Simplifi in Safari, the Simplifi app loads and not the WebOS. This is a new issue. How can I get the WebOS version to load?

Given that Quicken Simplifi has an iPad app now, I believe you have to use the app instead of Safari. I defer to @Coach Natalie or @Coach Jon to confirm.

Hello @Jlexky,
Thanks for reaching out! I do agree with @UrsulaA, in that the Quicken Simplifi application would probably be better to use since you are on a tablet. I do believe that Safari on an iPad allows you to change a webpage to be in either mobile or desktop view, however, so that may be a good workaround if you do not want to use the app.

@UrsulaA, @Coach Jon …. Thank you for your quick response. I’m puzzled because WebOS would load in Safari until recently. Then something changed an I only get the app now. BTW, the app is fantastic and I do like using it; but, I also like the WebOS version. Thanks, again, for your help!
