TD Canada Trust and missing RRSP and TFSA investment accounts

Hello, I've used Simplifi for a year now, with all my TD accounts connected. I recently added an RRSP and TFSA account within TD. However, they did not show up on Simplifi. Even when I ask it to add new accounts, it will not find them. Interestingly, the "Canadian Cash" and "US Cash" accounts were added when I originally set things up. But the four new accounts in the image below will not show up.

Thanks for reaching out! can you let us know if these accounts are considered external accounts? As in, are rerouted to a different website or URL when you select the missing account’s details on the bank's website? It also may be that these types of accounts are not currently supported. Let us know!

The original two accounts (named CASH) are not different from the newly created accounts. All six are inside the "WebBroker" and I can look at all six the same way. So I don't think there is any difference between these accounts.

Thank you for letting us know. If you try adding these accounts from another web browser/incognito mode does this work? If not, can you please provide the following information?
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days?
- Is the account considered an external account (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the account on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to?
- Is the account a subtype of a different account?
- Has the bank made any recent changes to its website or sign-in process?
- Are you the owner of the account?
- The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website.
- If the issue is occurring on an existing Quicken Simplifi account, the name of the account as it appears in Quicken Simplifi.
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website (the page that lists all accounts and balances - feel free to redact any private info) that has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).

- Yes there has been activity, they were just recently added and I moved investments over to them
- All of the investment accounts are in the "WebBroker" website, there is no difference between the ones that were already added, and the new ones
