Anyone able to import old transactions?

Hi All!

I am new to simplifi but would like to import transactions beyond the 3 month cut off from RBc. Anyone know a work around other than downloading them all trying to convert them to the simplifi .CSV format (which has proven very difficult)

Thanks for reaching out! Depending on your bank, you may be limited to downloading the last 90 days of transactions. If you need transactions older than 90 days, you can either import them manually via a CSV file, or you will need to contact your bank for further assistance. https://support.simplifi.quicken.com/en/articles/4413430-how-to-manually-import-transactions
