Connection problem to link FNBO credit card

I had FNBO connection setup and working but all of sudden it stopped working. The error says "Care code: request-body-field-unsupported)"

We are unable to connect to First National Bank of Omaha CC at this time.

It has been a week now and I am still having issue.

I have tried reset connection and still getting the error. From the browser, directly login to FNBO, have no issues.

    Thanks for reaching out! Can you share a screenshot of the error you are receiving within Quicken Simplifi? Additionally, I was unable to look up your account on our side with the email you have here in the community. Is this the email you use to log in to Quicken Simplifi?

    Thanks for checking.I have Quicken Simplifi and no, I did not use same email in the community.

    With my community account email, change 3 to 20 will be my subscription email address.

    Hello @Ichigooo,

    Thanks for the reply! I would try with a fresh connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!

    @Coach Jon Thanks for the help. It's working now.
    I have followed your instructions and found there are multiple institutions when searched FNBO. I have tried various ones and finally, the one named First Bankcard, had worked.
