Hello @Kaushal Mehta,
Thanks for reaching out! Can you supply a screenshot showing the rule you created? This would better assist us in determining why it wouldn't apply to past transactions that fall under the rule's parameters.

We also have an alert for this issue as well, so if you can confirm that the parameters are correct and should be applying to past transactions, then I would suggest following the alert for updates going forward as we work to resolve the issue.

I followed the post that you mentioned. It shows that the issue is resolved. But it is not resolved at all. Still, I face that the rule does not apply to future or past transactions.

Hello @Kaushal Mehta,
It does look like that known issue was resolved. If you can supply a screenshot showing the rule you created this would better assist us in determining why it wouldn't apply to past transactions that fall under the rule's parameters.

This is a screenshot of the rule that was created.
Now screenshot from transactions that should take these two rules but did not.
Another rule transactions screenshot.
Both rules that are created are not applied in transactions.
Thanks,

Hello @Kaushal Mehta,
I think I see the problem here. The rules you created are treating the name you entered as one word when the payees you provided as an example are not one word, they have spaces. I would suggest editing the rules you created to include the spaces to see if this works for you.

I can not create a space between your only maid like in the rule. Whenever I create a space after your, it will enter as a word. You can try yourself. Please try yourself.

Hello @Kaushal Mehta,
Thanks for the reply. You should have a dropdown menu to the left of the payee text box when creating a rule that allows you to change from "Contains" to "Is exactly". This will allow you to enter spaces.
