Is QBP basically the same as simplifi, but with more features?

Hi, just saw QBP listed for the first time. Current simplifi user. Is QBP basically simplifi plus additional business features? By that I mean it's the same web interface generally speaking?

Can one upgrade from simplifi to qbp...and if so, is it just a license change but your data is all the same already etc?

QBP is Quicken Simplifi Business & Personal, which allows you to track business and personal finances all in one. It is very similar to the Personal tier of Quicken Simplifi, but has business aspects, such as tracking Clients and Projects, Invoicing, etc.

That is my understanding, but one of the QBP users will give you a more definitive answer. When I used QBP based on Quicken Classic, it was just Quicken Classic with more categories and an invoicing module.

I.dont think I was clear enough. I know there are extra features. What I was trying to figure out was whether it's essentially the next level up the simplifi cost.and.feature chain. Quicken has always had multiple versions with more features as you go up in price and version: it wasn't clear at all that this is the model on the simplifi side as well.

Unlike Quicken Classic, Quicken Simplifi only has 2 versions: Personal and Business & Personal. So yes, it is the next level on the chain of products, but there isn't really a chain since there are just two.

Quicken QBP does have more features, but they are really intended for small businesses, rental property, side gig, etc.. The features it does have wouldn't be all that useful for someone without a business.
