Is QBP basically the same as simplifi, but with more features?

Hi, just saw QBP listed for the first time. Current simplifi user. Is QBP basically simplifi plus additional business features? By that I mean it's the same web interface generally speaking?

Can one upgrade from simplifi to qbp...and if so, is it just a license change but your data is all the same already etc?
