Experience Survey Hangs Up

I very much appreciate that you're doing this survey. But no matter how I answer question #3 on the Experience Survey, it says that question requires an answer and won't let me submit.

Can you please send the link to the survey you're referring to? I'd also recommend trying from a different browser or in incognito/private mode to see if the issue is perhaps related to your primary browser.

Having the same issue - survey was launched from the web app. Tried in Chrome, both regular and incognito mode with the same error.

My survey was also launched through the web app.

I was able to complete the survey in a web browser.
