Osaic. I am trying to connect my Simplify account to Osaic. The log-in URL is "https://app.osaic.com/equipt/" I do see other institutions with "osaic" called out in the account search, but not the one associated with equipt.

Can you enable this connection?

Thanks for reaching out! Before we add this URL given as a financial institution request, I would suggest that you try connecting via one of the options provided within Quicken Simplifi to see if you can connect. Let us know how that goes!

100% agree. I've worked with the online helper "Coach Jon" numerous times on this over the last month and still haven't seen it added. I put in a request every day to get it added. @Coach Jon and team, please work through this one!

I see this has not yet been resolved with several customers making this inquiry to add Osaic eQuipt. None of the options currently shown directs people to the site below to link Osaic eQuipt. Can you please resolve this for us? Thank you.

This post is a financial institution request. This means users may vote for and follow this post if they wish to have this bank added to Quicken Simplifi. That does not necessarily mean that the bank will be added, but we will be sure to update this post if we receive more information on the status or if it will be added in the future.

Same problem for me. This is a Quicken issue. The Osaic link on my free Credit Karma does work. I purchased Quicken to get a better handle on my category selection and customization. My investment links are critical as that plays a role on retirement planning. When will the link begin to work? Also having problems with my Prudential Annuity link.

Hello, Coach Jon. I've also voted. However, not certain what impact that has since there continues to be no movement on something that was requested one year ago. What else can we do on our side to elevate this request? It is not as though this is some smallish investment house for which we're requesting the ability to add into Simplifi. So, looking for any additional guidance on what else we might do. Thanks for your time, sir.

Come on guys, this used to work under Osaic Woodbury for me. It is time that ya'll either fixed the connection or added a new one for Equipt. I have gone round and round with your support probably a dozen times and quite frankly have had the worst customer experience with Quicken of any customer support group I have ever interacted with.

I don't know if anyone is following this thread, but I may have FINALLY found a solution through their support desk. Try connecting your Osaic account under "Woodbury Financial Services - Client". I am not a Woodbury client, I am an Osaic-eQuipt client. I tried all 3 options under Osaic multiple times and worked with Quicken's horrible support team probably a dozen time over the last 2 years to resolve this. Finally today one of their support people told me to connect under the "Woodbury Financial Services - Client" institution and it finally worked! It took a while to connect and it asks to send you a passcode pin just like the eQuipt login page does, but it eventually came back and connected my accounts. Will have to see if it continues to work but as of today, it's working!
