I know that Simplifi uses a 3rd party vendor for the "Connect Biller" function. If there is a biller that is not working, is there a process to work with the 3rd party to be able to get the biller fixed so that you are able to connect?
For example, one of the billers I have has changed their URL and I can see that the old URL is the one being used. So I want to contact the 3rd party to update the connection information.
