Bill "Connect Biller" Specific Biller Not Working?

I know that Simplifi uses a 3rd party vendor for the "Connect Biller" function. If there is a biller that is not working, is there a process to work with the 3rd party to be able to get the biller fixed so that you are able to connect?
For example, one of the billers I have has changed their URL and I can see that the old URL is the one being used. So I want to contact the 3rd party to update the connection information.

Denver Water is the biller. While their main website is www.DenverWater.org they switched to a new payment platform about a year or so ago and the bill connect has not worked since they switched platforms. The login for the Denver Water payment/account platform is
Here is a screenshot of the biller on Simplifi:
If I enter my credentials into Simplifi it then shows "connecting to Denver Water", but then after a minute or two it goes away and then if I return to the "Bills & Income" section it does not show the biller as connected. This happens in the browser and on the app.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it looks like this biller is degraded, which means it is unsupported at this time but may be supported in the future. We do not currently have an ETA for when it would be supported.

Thanks for the reply again. They are aware of the issue and working to resolve it. Since there is no ETA to provide on a resolution, I'd suggest just continuing to try every so often for now.
